Kind Krate Refund and Return Policy

At Kind Krate, we take pride in curating thoughtful, eco-conscious gift boxes designed to spread kindness and joy. We want you to love your purchase! However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with our refund and return policy.

Returns

  1. Eligibility:
    • Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food items like chocolate or tea or bath salts) or customized products (e.g., personalized gift boxes).
    • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  3. How to Return:
    • To initiate a return, please email us at info@kindkrate.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
    • We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Return Shipping:
    • If the product is damaged or defective, we will cover the shipping costs for the return. Otherwise, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Refunds

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item and inform you if the refund is approved or rejected based on the condition of the product.
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  3. Donations:
    • In cases where a refund is issued, any charitable donations made from that sale will not be withdrawn or refunded. We believe that every donation counts, and once the 5% of the sale has been allocated to charity, it will remain with the charitable organization, even if the product is returned or refunded.
  4. Late or Missing Refunds:
    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    • Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@kindkrate.com.

Exchanges

  1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at info@kindkrate.com and we will provide the address to send your item to.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  1. If your order arrives damaged or if we sent the wrong item, please email us at info@kindkrate.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly provide your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect items, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Cancellations

  1. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this time, we are unable to cancel the order, but you may request a return once you receive it.
