Processing Time
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM GMT or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently offer shipping within the UK. Our shipping options are as follows:
- Standard Shipping (2-5 business days):
- Flat rate: £3.99
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over £50.
- Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on location.
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days):
- Flat rate: £7.99
- Orders must be placed by 12 PM GMT for next-day delivery.
Holiday Shipping
- Please note that during peak holiday periods (such as Christmas), shipping may take longer due to increased demand. We recommend placing your order early to avoid any delays.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly using the tracking link provided in the email.
International Shipping
- At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our shipping options to accommodate customers outside the UK in the near future.
Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
- Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please email us at info@kindkrate.com within 7 days of receiving your order, along with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package leaves our facility and is handed over to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct. In the case of a lost package, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking information for assistance.
Shipping Address Changes
- If you need to make changes to your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us at info@kindkrate.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your address, but if your order has already been shipped, we cannot make any changes.
